This Order Form and Juniper’s Standard Terms of Conditions Juniper's Terms & Conditions 2025 set out the basis upon which Juniper Education Services Limited will act with regard to the supply of the services set out within this order form. These terms operate as the complete terms governing the parties’ complete legal relationship in superiority to all other and previous terms, unless otherwise expressly indicated by Juniper. Please read this document and the Terms & Conditions carefully and when you have done so, please tick the box to indicate confirmation of your acceptance of the outlined Terms & Conditions, and then complete the remainder of the form including your name and job title/ position held within the organisation. Your attention is particularly drawn to Clauses 5 and 6 of the Terms and Conditions concerning the duration of the Contract, auto-renewal and termination as well as to any relevant provisions in the Schedules to the Terms and Conditions, if applicable to the services outlined within this order form, shall apply.
