Course Description
Administering the Multiplication Tables check? This course will ensure you are fully prepared to administer the check in accordance with statutory administration guidelines. Attendance is particularly recommended for teachers administering the check for the first time.
This course will equip participants to prepare for and administer the multiplication tables check confidently and accurately, with pupils in Y4. Delegates will be given guidance on preparing their pupils for the check including ensuring coverage of likely elements and providing frequent opportunities to rehearse tables.
We will work through the administration of the check step by step, including preparing the room, access arrangements, generating PINs and what to do about problems or queries that may arise during the check. Delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions about the process.
